Connected. 

SQL> SELECT username, account_status FROM dba_users WHERE ACCOUNT_STATUS LIKE '%EXPIRED%'; 

SQL> ALTER USER ORDS_PUBLIC_USER IDENTIFIED BY *******;

User altered.

** Same as ALTER other  all Expired & Locked USER
